Roadhouse Grill, Inc. owns and operates 70 full-service, casual dining restaurants under the name "Roadhouse Grill". The Company was incorporated in October 1992 and opened the first Company-owned restaurant in Pembroke Pines, Florida in March of 1993. Since then, the Company has opened restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and South Carolina .
